Hope. A simple word. It is a four letter goal. We all want it. We reach for it. It is the thing that gives us fuel for the next day. Hope. The ministry of Jesus embodied this word. His life was all about hope. He sent His disciples out to preach a message of hope. The fact that salvation exists through Jesus is a reason for hope. Can you tell that I like saying, “hope?”
Hope in the 21st century has become a bit blurry. It is often hard to determine where hope really exists. The difficulty presents itself not because the message is no longer being preached, but because hope is now competing with so much other stuff. The world has become so noisy that the true message of Jesus often gets lost.
