Review: Sammy Experiences God was a very meaty book that introduced a young, inquisitive little boy named Sammy to God via everyday life activities. I liked how the pages of this book were filled with multiple lessons from the Bible and presented information with a strong visual, familial and Biblical point of view. I think that this book is sure to provide tons of opportunities to teach children about God. In my opinion, the book would be best geared toward readers who are between the ages of 7 to 12. Additionally, parents and/or Bible school teachers would very definitely have to engage in a thorough discussion of the material to insure a clear understanding.

Review: Seven Steps to Knowing, Doing, and Experiencing the Will of God was a well thought out book. From the cover to the content to the extra special tidbits that were provided throughout, this book was perfect for the teenager. I would go so far as to say that this book/workbook-style study is going to be quite a hit for parents seeking to positively influence their teens and for youth ministries focused on building up the next generation.

Review: Experiencing God at Home was a very practical and useful resource. I loved how it discussed the relationship between God, home/family life, and the church. With solidifying Biblical information, personal reflections, and encouraging principles based on Blackaby’s original work, this book was a ready-set-go tool that I am sure I will be referring to a lot. I can easily say that this book would be a great asset to any family or church library.
