Life brings with it many difficult challenges. Despite those challenges, there is always an opportunity to praise.
Whether we are frustrated by people or wrongfully handled, we can praise.
Whether we are seized by a circumstance or unjustly bound by a persecutor, we can praise.
Whether we are in a pit or beyond it, we can praise.
Whether we are surrounded by others or sitting in isolation, we can praise.
The praise of the pilgrim should be without end.
Paul and Silas understood this, and despite the challenges and hardships they faced, they praised.
From the praise they offered, many things took place – the power of God was witnessed by many, a question regarding salvation was asked, an opportunity to teach the message of Christ was presented, their immediate needs were met, a moment for boldness and faith-at-large came, and a people were encouraged.
