  1. I absolutely love this book! The recipes are so healthy, easy and delicious…I use it everyday! So glad you like it too! Do you have a favorite?

    • I knew you would love this book. In truth, it would be hard to say which one I liked the most. Aren’t they all scrumptious?!?! Have you been able to narrow it down? I’d love to know your favorite.
      I wish I could gift everyone with a copy. I know they would be hooked.

      • I love that you know me so well! I really like the Cran-orange Crave but add Greek yogurt, wheat-germ, greens and a banana (no Stevia)…I like it really creamy! Also, i like the Pina-coloda with yogurt, Almond milk, cranberries and spinach added…it almost becomes a shake! Which ones have you tried? Have you tried the phone app yet? I can even make smoothies on vacation. What a great idea for Christmas…a copy of the book and some of the basic ingredients-wheat germ, spatula, fancy glass. Thanks!!
